Once you have placed your order, you will be notified and sent a confirmation email. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately.

Shipping Information:

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item. Some items may not be in stock or may be on backorder.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds can be in the form of credit, exchanges or money. Shipping is nonrefundable. Should the customer want to return product, it is their responsibility to pay for the return shipping. A 25% restocking fee will be imposed on all returned products.

I. I've placed my order. Now what happens? Once we have received your order, we will then contact the manufacturer to get the item shipped. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can view the status of your shipment. Your item should arrive within 7-10 business days via UPS or Freight Service. (Shipping method depends on weight and/or size of the item being shipped.)

II. What if I'm not home when my shipment arrives? If your item is not being shipped via UPS then the freight company will contact you to set up a delivery time to make sure you are at home at the designated time. If your item is being shipped via UPS they will either leave the package at your doorstep or leave a notification for pickup in your mailbox.

III. What is Curbside Shipping? Curbside Shipping simply means the driver of the delivery truck will bring the item(s) to the customer's front door, driveway, etc. The customer is responsible for being at home at the designated time, which the driver will have set up in advance. Assembly may be required on some of the items. Currently, Inside Delivery/Setup is Available in the Dallas area only.
